Shipping Policy

 

We offer standard free shipping every day on orders over $35 when shipping to the lower 48 states.

Free Shipping is automatically applied at Checkout. Orders under $35 ship for only $4.95 to most destinations within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may incur an additional fee depending on the items ordered. With the exception of Canada, we do not currently ship to international locations.

We typically ship products within 1-2 business days from when you place your order. Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on select products.

We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers. Fifteen Twenty will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. In most cases, you will receive your product within 5-7 business days using ground delivery.


Expedited Shipping
We offer Next-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping for most products.


P.O. Box Shipping
We cannot ship any of our products to a P.O. Box.


Freight Shipping
Some orders are shipped via freight carriers. If your order is fulfilled using freight shipping, you'll receive an email from us with details on the shipment. You can also see our freight shipping tips below.

Expedited Shipping

We offer 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day shipping for a variety of our products. During the checkout process, all products that are qualified for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed, so that you can choose the best option for your shipment.

Please be aware that the shipping options refer to the transit time only and require additional time for processing your order. In addition, expedited shipping does not deliver on weekends. Please see the shipping chart below for estimated delivery times.

Shipping Delays

We will notify you via email if your order is unexpectedly delayed. We will send an email that will indicate a new ship date for your order.

As an added measure of protection to our customers, some orders may be sent to our customer verification system. If this occurs, you will be notified via email to call us at 1 (877) 815-5580 within 72 hours. If you do not contact us within 72 hours, we will cancel your order and promptly issue you a full refund. As soon as your order has been verified, it will ship according to the timeframe indicated on the product page. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about our customer verification process.

Return Policy

FifteenTwenty is committed to your shopping satisfaction, so we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on our products and a no-hassle return process.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

As stated in our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us within 30 days and, upon approval, we will process your refund. The only cost you will incur is the cost of shipping your purchase back to us. To act on our guarantee policy, simply follow these steps:

  1. Login to our Customer Service Center and complete a return request within 30 days of your purchase or call us at 1-877-815-5580 to get a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Once you secure a return authorization number, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  3. Send your product back to us within 2 weeks of receiving your return authorization number. The shipment must be postmarked within this timeframe.

  4. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in good condition for resale, approve the return(s), and process your refund.

 

Product Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your product and want to exchange it for a different one, please contact a Fifteen Twenty customer service representative by emailing helpdesk@fifthteentwenty.com. Once we receive your information and approve the exchange, we will send you an e-mail with an authorization number and complete instructions for your exchange.

Policy Details and Exclusions

All products must be returned undamaged with all original manuals, registration cards, accessories, boxes, outer cartons, and packing materials. If a product is returned damaged or with missing items, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the items damaged or missing. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number. Once a return has been authorized and return instructions provided to the customer, the items must be returned postmarked within 2 weeks. Special freight deliveries (those items not delivered via UPS or FedEx) must be visually inspected at the time of delivery and any damage noted on the signed bill of lading or the delivery should be refused.

Additional shipping charges due to customer special delivery requests (next-day delivery, international delivery, etc.) are not refundable. The first day of the 30-day return period is the day the customer receives the item(s). If a delivery is refused or undeliverable to the address that is provided, the customer will be charged actual shipping and brokerage charges incurred on both outbound and return shipments.

For items purchased with discounts or promotions, the refunded value for each returned item will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount included with your purchase. If included gifts are returned in concurrence with our return policy, the full amount of purchase will be refunded.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy

We know the holidays can be hectic. That’s why we’re extending our return and exchange period for purchases you make at Sylvane during the holiday season. All purchases made between November 15th and December 25th may be returned by January 10th or 30 days after your date of purchase – whichever is later.
